STANDARD REFUND POLICY: Cancellations due to medical issues can be refunded less a 5% admin fee once you have emailed a request for a refund to our team. Cancellations for other non-medical issues are subject to a 50% refund if done at least one day prior to the first session. No refunds will be issued after the start of the program. No partial refunds are issued for missing a session(s).
